BEHIND THE LENS
MAKEUPLarissa began her makeup career more than six years ago. Trained in Chicago, she was a makeup artist for CHANEL, Smashbox, and NARS among others. She has worked under numerous national and freelancing makeup artists whose work has appeared in magazine publications such as W and Oprah. Larissa is currently living in Saginaw, Michigan but will be relocating to Providence, Rhode Island in December 2012. She has also previously lived in Portsmouth, Dominica and Moscow, Russia. Her mother was born in Colombia, South America and immigrated to the United States in her late-twenties. Colombian culture has contributed greatly to who she is and has influenced her passion in artistry in many ways. PHOTOGRAPHYLarissa is also an aspiring photographer who has a passion for art and beauty. She is constantly learning and investing in new technologies and technique in order to continually achieve better captivating and engaging images. Larissa was invited to sit on the judges panel at the 2010 Miss Teen Saginaw/Flint Beauty Pageant held by Nationals, Incorporated.
